Quora is your next marketing win. Here’s why

If you feel like you’re struggling to get traffic on social media, I don’t blame you. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram...they’re all crowded. It feels suffocating.

And for all the articles you read about mastering those platforms, there are thousands reading and actioning the same guide (we should know, we wrote a bunch of them).

So why not focus on dominating a completely overlooked and underutilized platform in Quora?

If you don’t know, Quora is a place where anyone can ask questions and get answers by the community -- like a way, WAY better Yahoo Answers.

But here’s the weird part. There are over 3 MILLION questions on Quora. And each answer averages 5-6 answers.

So you’d think it’s yet another saturated medium, right?

Wrong-o. Here’s the real talk on your next secret marketing weapon:

  • Most answers are horrible: Self-serving, poor advice, written like a 3 year old...the list goes on and on. So all those answers really don’t mean anything (yet the “best one” gets tons of visitors)
  • One good answer can drive thousands to your site every month: Want an extra 2,000 (or more) visitors to your site each month? One great answer can do that.
  • Quora ranks better than most pages in Google: Quora answers can (and do) outrank massive websites with millions of visitors. The difference is, those websites won’t promote you….but Quora will.

All it takes is a great answer and you’re made. And it turns out there’s a successful, repeatable formula behind finding popular questions and writing great answers every single time.

We brought in 2017’s Top Quora Writer, Josh Fechter, to show you that exact formula. Check it out in this week’s guide:
